Which are the 4 quadrants in Python turtle?

Four Quadrant :- The Python turtle screen is divided into four quadrant by an x and y axis and the turtle always begin at 0,0.  Which is the exact center of the canvas calling the home () function . 

Quadrant 2 (-,+)	Quadrant 1 (+,+)
